The user must protect their password because they will be held accountable for all activities that occur in their account. The user must inform us at once about any suspicious account access.

Payment Methods: We accept multiple forms of payment. By providing a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to use it and that all details are accurate.

Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all due fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access. You are responsible for fees caused by insufficient funds or other issues.

Fair Usage Policy

To maintain service quality, we allow a maximum number of revisions or attempts as per project requirements. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra costs.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies ensure fairness for both clients and Blitz Retail.

Refund Requests:

• A full refund (less a 10% processing fee) is available if the order is canceled within 24 hours, unless services have already begun.
• If services are not delivered according to the agreed timeline, you are eligible for a 40% refund (less a 10% processing and service fee).
• Refunds for change of mind after 24 hours will not be entertained.
• All refund requests must be communicated to our support team. We reserve the right to approve requests individually.

My Account

You use the My Account area to contact us for all your communication needs. You need to check the account because it contains important updates and messages and instructions. Customers who do not use the service will not receive any refunds. For guidance, contact support.

Reactivation Policy

The company will not issue refunds to clients who fail to respond for a period of 45 days. Clients may request to hold a project via email. The reactivation fee costs $150 after a customer has been inactive for 45 days.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Some services use third-party vendors or partners. Using these features means you agree to the vendors’ terms, which may change at their discretion.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that our services will work without interruptions or errors.

Blitz Retail and its affiliates do not accept responsibility for indirect or incidental or special or consequential damages which arise from these circumstances to the maximum degree permitted by law. They also exclude responsibility for all profit losses and data losses and goodwill losses.

• Unauthorized access to servers or personal information.
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted via services.
• Errors, omissions, or damages from content provided through our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Blitz Retail and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.

Quality Assurance Policy

We deliver services based on your order specifications. All work undergoes thorough research to ensure accuracy and quality. Multiple revisions are provided free of charge to achieve satisfaction.

Delivery Policy

Services are delivered to your account area according to the date in your order confirmation email. Notification emails are sent for service delivery. Reference numbers are provided for tracking. Revisions and refund policies apply based on delivery timestamps.

Communication Policy

Blitz Retail is not responsible for emails outside our domain or unlisted toll-free numbers. We only recognize communications from emails under our domain and official toll-free numbers.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These terms represent the full agreement between you and Blitz Retail.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
